How to Order

Beneath or next to each of the items in our collection, you'll see an 'Add To Cart' button.

To make a selection, just choose the quantity of items, the size and color (where applicable) and click the 'Add to Cart' button. The item(s) will then be added to your virtual shopping cart. Basic shopping cart information will appear on the bottom left part of the screen and will contain the current total of your order and the number of items. To view the contents of your shopping cart, review totals, add or remove items, click on the 'view cart' link.

When you've finished selecting products, click on the 'Checkout' link below your shopping cart information on the bottom left part of the screen. You will be transferred to a secured server where you will be required to enter your billing, shipping and payment information. Following completion of your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. On all credit card orders, the order confirmation will also serve as your invoice.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a shipment tracking number. Please note that if you do not provide an email address at checkout, you will not receive either confirmation email.

Phone Orders

Due to the volume of orders and potential credit card liability issues, we are currently unable to process phone orders.

In-stock Inventory Status

On each product detail page, next to the price, there is a number directly preceding the text, "on hand". This number is the total amount of items currently in stock for that specific size and color. You will not be permitted to 'Add to Cart' more items than are currently 'on-hand'. For larger orders, please email shop@groundspeak.com and an account executive will respond shortly.

Shipping Information

Standard orders placed for in-stock merchandise prior to 2pm PST, Monday-Friday, will be processed and shipped within two business days. Standard orders placed for in-stock merchandise after 2pm PST, Monday-Friday, will be processed and shipped within three business days.

Special rush requests will be accommodated, if possible. To place a request, please send an email to shop@groundspeak.com.

Standard ground shipping generally takes 5 to 10 business days to arrive. Additional shipping options are available for an additional charge.

International Orders

Please note that International orders may incur additional shipping charges including duties and/or taxes. These duties and taxes will be imposed by your country when the package arrives. You are responsible for paying these duties and taxes upon receipt of your goods.

If you received non-conforming or otherwise damaged merchandise, please e-mail us at shop@groundspeak.com detailing the particulars of your order. Please include your order number, item number, and a description of the problem. Upon receipt of your request, a Customer Service Representative will contact you.
